Je komt zo een stap dichterbij het worden van een professional op gebied van Service Management. De Master International Hospitality and Service Management kan ook in deeltijd worden gevolgd. In plaats van een weekschema zal er eens in de twee weken een volledige vrijdag worden lesgegeven.

opbouwThis masters degree is offered in a 14 month programme. The programme is divided in four module of each 10 weeks with the possibility to include a post-programme internship. The language spoken within the programme is English.
1e jaar The programme introduces you to key concepts hospitality, service concepts and customer satisfaction, as well as sustainability, entrepreneurship, globalisation and working with multicultural teams. Additionally, you can acquire real-life work experience during your studies at the Notiz Hotel, a 4-star property owned and operated by Hotel Management School NHL Stenden and used as a training venue for its students.

IELTS score 6.0. Additionally, each student with an IELTS 6.0 score will be individually interviewed to assess motivation and level of English. Students with an IELTS score lower than 6.0 have the option to upgrade their academic language and study skills through a Pre-Master course at Stenden.
